Glenda’s POV Emoni and I got dressed in club-appropriate attire. She packed a bag in case she decided to get into the water tower again. Matt wore a plain black shirt rolled up at the sleeves and black slacks. Felix was dressed similarly. We rode to Club Heaven together. “If anything happens, call me,” Matt said, “You both have your phones on you, don’t you?” Emoni grinned, “Of course.” “There’s an extra car parked in the private parking lot in case you need it, keys are in the office, but I’m under the impression neither of you knows how to drive.” “You’d been wrong,” Emoni said proudly. “Also, that’s what the guards are for, aren’t they?” “Yes.” We pulled up behind Club Heaven. Emoni and I got out of the car and entered the building through the staff entrance. I waved them away and headed to the staff area to set her bag down and greet everyone on shift that night. I watched Emoni chat with them with ease and did my best to exude the same amount of confidence. “W
