Edison's expression was cold as he wrapped his arm around Tessa and walked out. Tracy was stunned. She tried to say something, but Benedict silenced her with a sharp glare. "If you hadn't opened your mouth, how would I have ended up offending Edison?" Tracy watched as he used all his strength to push himself off the ground and limped outside. She clenched her fists so tightly that her nails dug into her palms. "Tessa, you really are something else." Just as Tessa got into the car, Benedict hobbled after her and clung to the window.
