Sydney's POV Joel seemed to shrink into his skin as he turned to Alexander. His brows furrowed in confusion, "Dude, I thought we were best friends? I thought you'd always have my back," he said with disbelief. Alexander retorted calmly, his brows arched, leaving Joel speechless as he gaped at him. Alexander shrugged, "What? Am I supposed to be your bodyguard or something?"
