When Lia saw Bella, her eyes lit up like stars. "I knew you were coming. I didn't get the chance to ask you previously. Mrs. Sawyer suddenly sent someone to invite me. She even prepared an outfit for me. She said that since I'm friends with Leonard, I should come along and enjoy the event." Bella had a feeling that things weren't that easy. Diane had intentionally invited Lia to watch Leonard go on a blind date with another woman to provoke him. Lia was perplexed by Bella's upset expression and asked, "What's wrong, Bella? Shouldn't I have come? I didn't want to either. I was confused upon receiving the invitation, but it was difficult to resist her." Bella sighed. "It's fine. Just stick with me." Lia affectionately looped her arm through Bella's. "I don't know anyone here. Who else will I hang out with if I don't stick with you?"
