My Last Words.
Selara.
It was crystal clear from my point of view that if I keep on staying here, I might end up getting burnt and no one would ever get to hear from me at all. The tears couldn’t stop gushing out from my eyes as I felt my eyeballs burning so badly.
“You need to act fast, Selara.” I gathered the last strength left in me cajoling myself.
I knew I couldn’t stay in the crevice forever and as I kneeled forward against the damp cave wall I could see six massive hungry wolves with their yellow eyes staring right back at me through the tiny openings waiting, patiently waiting for me to break.
“I think it’s best we watch you burn rather than waiting for our precious strength to devour you.” another of the wolves spoke rudely while the remaining wolves cheered him up.
My father's voice echoed in my mind as if he heard the words of the wolf. His voice brought back a memory from years ago when I was just a child. We'd been walking through our small territory, and he'd stopped suddenly, squatting
