Hazel spent the entire afternoon sitting in Shawn's office, not even touching her phone. She stayed there stubbornly, hoping to persuade Shawn to back down. Yet, as the hours passed, she saw firsthand how busy he was. Before long, it was well past dinner, and neither Shawn nor his team had time to eat. Feeling bad for them, Hazel went out and bought dinner for everyone at the precinct, dropping it off before leaving quietly. When Shawn finally wrapped up one of his cases and went to look for her, she was already gone. ... Grace was already waiting at the door when Hazel returned to the Jefferson residence. She gave Hazel a look that seemed to see straight through her and asked, "Done with your walk?" Hazel pouted. "Grace..." Grace glanced at Hazel's clothes and raised her eyebrows. "Do you want me to spell it out, or are you going to explain yourself?" Hazel wondered if telling Grace might give her some way out of this situation. Eventually, she said, "Come to my room." Once
