Chapter 203: The Real and Fake Frank
**Thelma Zane’s POV**
Aldrich remained silent, his gaze fixed on Frank, who was sitting quietly in the guest room. His expression betrayed none of his thoughts, but I knew his mind was racing. Without a word, he gestured for me to follow him outside.
Once we were in the corridor, away from Frank’s earshot, Aldrich spoke in a low, cautious tone. “We can’t be certain that what Frank has told us is true. More importantly, we can’t even be sure if he is the real Frank.” His years of experience and professionalism were evident in the methodical way he laid out his suspicions.
“It’s too coincidental,” he continued. “Think about it, Thelma. He shows up out of nowhere, right at a time when only the two of us are here to help. You don’t know him personally, and I’ve been separated from him for years. Even if there were inconsistencies in his story, it would be difficult for us to spot them.
