Although Fred had helped her out and even bought her dinner, Lumea Hotel was his family's business, and he was partly responsible when his subordinates had acted out of line by operating a tourist trap and ripping off people. "I know that we didn't keep our subordinates in check and caused you a bad experience. I'm terribly sorry about that." Fred was so embarrassed that he wanted to hide in
