The dark sky looked as if a huge hand had torn a hole in it. Everything was still hazy and gray; Diana could barely see the flowers that had bloomed outside the window. She pulled the curtains close and glanced at Julian, who was deep asleep. Quietly, she tiptoed out of the room. Diana had no idea what time Julian returned home.
