I stayed tucked in the crowd and sneaked a look at his face, trying to tell if Kieran was angry. But I couldn't read a thing.
His hair was dark brown, his shoulders were broad, and his deep blue eyes swept over everyone without lingering.
He walked past me, and for a moment, I caught a sniff of that familiar cedar scent.
Was it his cologne or his shampoo? Whatever it was, the scent was unique.
