  I&nbsp;was&nbsp;furious about Brett&#39;s body being stolen, but more than that, I felt... lost.
  Brett was&nbsp;dead. That&nbsp;was&nbsp;an unchangeable fact. Lily shared the details with me, facing the hunter&#39;s gun, Brett himself begged Jacob to put him out of his misery. Jacob shouldn&#39;t have done it, and Brett shouldn&#39;t have asked for it, but... dead is dead.
