Chapter 107: Moonlight           –A few hours ago–           The office was quite except for the sound of the scratching of a fountain pen. Keegan Sergeyev sat behind his desk with his sleeves rolled up just enough to reveal the faint hint of ink stains and his dark, intricate tattoos that snaked along his forearms.
