"Stop! Who are you?" When Sebastian arrived at the royal palace gates, a group of guards blocked his path. "I'm here to kill Caspian. Anyone who doesn't want to die should get out of my way." Instead of a bloody scene, a massive burst of energy erupted from him. The shockwave shattered the swords and sent the guards flying. They were hurled into the air, coughing up blood, and fell dead before they even hit the ground. The commotion at the palace gates quickly alerted the inner defenses. With their eyes filled with murderous intent, a swarm of guards rushed out. More were arriving from every direction.
