Angelica felt a sharp sting on her cheek. Rosie had appeared so abruptly that Angelica was caught off guard while simultaneously shielding Skye. However, Angelica did not even think about the pain she was in. The man who had just walked in had completely captured her attention. He was tall and lean, with broad shoulders and a narrow waist. His black haute couture suit made him look elegant and refined. He had clearly defined features and closely resembled Skye. "M-Mr. Lawson?" Rosie hugged the sobbing Holden and turned as white as a sheet at once. She could not understand why Dominic had suddenly turned up at the Quigley residence. Hadn't Elliot said that Dominic would only return to Mubathro tomorrow? Her anger was extinguished at once and replaced by a deep terror. She could only pray that Holden had not hurt Skye. "Come here, Skye." Dominic ignored Rosie and did not spare her a single glance. He went over to Angelica and stopped to look down at his son, who was behind her.
