Alpha Gavin’s POV “Greetings Alpha.” Beta Leon said as he entered my room, while I was doing my morning pushups. “Leon, you’re up early.” It was about 4 a. I got up earlier, so I could get done with my strength exercises and then go train Irene. “Yea. I heard rustling out in the woods this morning. It stirred me up from bed so I went to look at it. Guess what I found?’ I did the last push up and jumped up, grabbed my towel and wiped my body. “I can’t guess, Leon. You know that.” I gulped down some water from my water bottle. Leon opened the window of my room. “Can you perceive her?” He asked. My shoulders dropped. “Who am I supposed to perceive?” I asked, wiping my neck with the towel. A howl pierced through the silent morning from a distance. What was that? I got up and walked to stand by Leon who was looking out of the window, he had a smirk on. “Recognize that howl?” He asked again. Damn it. Why all this suspense. But there was something about that howl that resonated with my soul.
