Kevin had gotten up onto the podium, the second to last Beta to speak at the meeting. His hands were shaking, and Todrick could tell. All he wanted to do was walk up there and hold him, to reassure him that he could do this. But he didn't. He couldn't. Kevin began to get more confident toward the end of his speech. "I do not have any suggestions regarding this next topic, although I do want to bring it to your attention. I do understand the hierarchy of the Alpha, the Beta and the Omega. I understand it very thoroughly. Although, I do not necessarily agree with it." He looked up and met Todrick's eyes, both of them knowing that what he was about to say had never been said to a room full of powerful Alphas and Betas. Kevin took a deep breath, and then looked back to his cards. "I do agree that the Alpha should possess the supreme power in the pack. But I... I don't think that the Omega should be treated so poorly in comparison. Alphas were merely born into stronger bodies.
