Mae’s POV Henry will be here soon. After I accepted the position as our party’s new candidate in the presidential election, all hell broke loose. Henry and I were separated in the ensuing chaos as statements were prepared and press was contacted. When I came back from a bathroom break, all my things had been moved out of my office and into what had been Henry’s. It’s been a whirlwind. I finally made it home and immediately called Henry.
