Moira's POV I was about to say something else, but stopped when I heard Mirielle say that to Jude. I clearly wanted to refuse to talk to Jude, but Jude quickly replied, "Ask your mother if she wants to talk to me." That was quite surprising. He did help me up when I fell that day, but I didn’t feel any concern, no other words or signs of worry about my condition, so there were no questions like “Are you okay?” or “Be careful not to hurt your ankle” or anything else, even if it was accompanied by hatred. He wouldn’t care. What he did was clearly just a coincidence, and his attitude when helping me up was like pushing me away from him. He must not want Bella to misunderstand his attitude toward me. Everyone was paying attention to Bella, both Mirielle and Jude. They wouldn't care whether I lived or died. "Mom, do you want to talk to Dad?"
