Setting the book aside, she quickly pulled the covers up and lay down, turning away from the bathroom. She occupied only a small corner of the bed. After the door opened, she heard the covers rustling as it was lifted behind her. "Are you asleep?" Judy shut her eyes even tighter. The next moment, a hand reached through the gap between her neck and the pillow, pulling her into an embrace. The temperature of his body was unusually high since he had just come out of the shower. Judy widened her eyes in panic, only to hear his voice from above her head. "Go to sleep," he said. His rhythmic breaths of air brushed against the hair around her ears.
