"You gotta pull through this. I can't do this shit without you." I cried, gripping his forearm as I let my tears fall freely. It all happened so suddenly, I didn't know what to do. The machines just started going off one by one. I let go of his arm and stood up, my chair flying back and hitting the wall. I stabbed the call button on his bed before three nurses rushed into the room, shouting amongst themselves frantically. "Get him out of here!" The doctor hollered before shoving one of the nurses out of the way and beginning to uncover Chad's body. "Wait! Stop! What's going on! Someone tell me what's happening!" I shouted as they all forced me from the room. The door slammed in my face causing me to stumble back a few steps. "What happened?" Aurora asked while rushing to my side. "I don't know. One minute everything was okay and the next it wasn't." I muttered in defeat before mindlessly sauntering over to the waiting roo
