Ethan had gone completely off the rails. For four straight days, he waited outside my apartment building every single night. But I never once went out to see him. When I got out of work today, the security guard stopped me and asked about Ethan. He looked somewhat concerned and asked, "Ms. Boyle, have you and your boyfriend had a falling out lately?"
