Chapter55: Moving In

Lucy       Pain that's the first thing I can register. Pain all over my body and mostly on my neck. My eyes shift around behind my closed lids as I fight to open them. I need to wake up but it seems so impossible to do. I shift in and out of unconsciousness till my eyelids finally flatter open. The bright light blinds me making me squint my eyes shut.    “ Wake up baby.” His voice cools. I feel his large hand holding my smaller and the sparks that ignite tell me exactly who it is.    I groan and finally open them. My gaze shifts around the room and I instantly know I am in the hospital. To say I am surprised is an understatement.    “ Ho..” the pain in my neck was so intense that instantly stop talking.    Maya winces inside of me she too feels this pain and it hurts her that she can't heal from it.    I close my eyes and I feel my tears drop on the sides of my face.    “ Hey, it's going to be okey. It's going to be okey.” Kayden comforts me his voice so soft that my heart instantly me
