Chapter105: Wake up

BELLA’S POV  I ate quickly and returned to my room for the day. Entering my room, I saw my phone ringing and walked over to answer the call when I saw that it was Ariana. “Hello, Babe,” I called softly.  Ariana was quiet for a while, “Bella,” She called. Her voice was low and weak.  “Are you okay? What’s wrong?” I panicked.  “Nothing really. When I woke up this morning, I had a conversation with Alex about our relationship and he talked about some things that happened to him in the past. He talked about how he was saved by an Alpha whom the world detested, thinking he was evil while he was nothing but a pure angel. He also talked about how he would have died if not for that Alpha. He went ahead to tell me that he became that Alpha’s beta and best friend...” Ariana stopped.  “And that Alpha is Alpha Franklin,” She concluded.  “An angel...  a pure one at that?” I couldn’t help but ask.  However, as crazy as it sounded, it wasn’t funny to me at all and it somehow sounded right to my ears.
