Chapter149: New beginnings

BELLA’S POV  A YEAR LATER  Sitting in the garden, I had a baby wrapped up in my arms and Kaden was standing in front of me, poking the baby’s cheek.  “She looks so beautiful, Mum. She looks exactly like you,” Kaden said cheerfully. He took the baby’s hand and played with her “Thanks, Mum. I’ve always wanted a baby sister,” He continued excitedly.  “Why do you want a baby sister?” I asked him with a raised brow.  Kaden pouted and shrugged “All my friends in school talk about how cute their younger sisters are. They would always show me pictures on their phones and whenever they checked mine, they would only see pictures of you, Dad, the two Grandpa, Brother Jade, Uncle Dennis and Uncle Abel. Apart from that, I do not have pictures of anyone else. They don’t say a word to me though but I could tell they wanted to mock me,” He explained.  I took his hand and looked into his eyes “Why did you never mention that to either me or your dad?” I found it a little amusing but I knew my little son
