BELLA’S POV We watched the First Elder leave with a hint of annoyance on his face. He must have felt so troubled all through the day and when he realized that his grandson was safe, he would want nothing but to have him around himself and protect him forever. What happened today could have put an end to Jade’s life if Devon had a bad Alpha or if he was like his strict father. First Elder knew all these and he also knew that Jade wouldn’t be in this trouble if he hadn’t visited the Castle in the first place.
