Sydney's POV
Those words echoed in my head like a sledgehammer slamming against the strongest iron wall. Dong! The ringing wouldn't stop. I would have held my head, but I was still bound.
The forest fell into an eerie silence, even the music had faded away. It was as if the entire woods was waiting for me to process this information.
