Megan and her mother were still fuming about the way they'd been evicted from the mansion by Georgina. No matter how desperately they pleaded, the two security guards refused to grant them entry. Left with few options, they retreated to a nearby café to regroup and plan their next move.
A waiter delivered their lattes, but Megan barely acknowledged him, her eyes fixed on her phone as she scrolled through the latest news. The public backlash against her and her mother was unbelievable. The media had painted them as the villains of the Globex gala, exposing their schemes for everyone to see.
