“Chairman Moore, hand over Denise right now,” Jason said coldly.
If it weren’t for their ongoing project partnership, he would've already punched the old man in the face.
William didn’t flinch. “Heh, how are you so sure it's me? Got any proof?”
“Cut the crap. Denise—she’s on your boat, isn’t she? Where the hell did you hide her?”
“I have no idea what you're talking about,” William answered calmly.
Jason clenched his fists. “You seriously expect me to believe that?”
“Yes. My daughter’s missing too—I’m looking for them both. They were last seen around that area before the tsunami hit. I’m worried sick.”
Jason narrowed his eyes, carefully studying William for any signs of lying.
But judging from the number of people he brought and the fact that most looked pretty trained, he didn’t seem to be bluffing. Besides, knowing the tsunami hit but still coming here meant he had to be serious.
“Then explain this to me,” Jason said again, his voice sharp. “Why was Denise with Sophia?”
