Owen's POV She stared at me dumbfounded like that was the most absurd thing she had ever heard. I didn't blame her though. I also found it odd that I was here, offering her a ride. "What are you waiting for? Hop on," I probed. "Wait a minute, you are not planning on dumping me in a ditch somewhere right?" she asked skeptically. I clenched my jaw. "If you don't want my help, fine. Good luck walking your way home," I retorted angrily and started my bike. "Wait!" she called out. I stopped. "You can't blame me for being skeptical.
