Genevieve's POV "Can't we just stay home? I'm not even friends with her," I grumbled but Andrea held my face in place as she applied my make-up. "Staying home isn't an option. We are definitely going," she retorted firmly. It's been a few days since I was discharged from the hospital. After I came home, I still felt dizzy at times so mum told me to stay home for a while before she could get another set of pills for me. Today was Audrey's birthday. Andrea and Jade were here to help me get ready. I didn't want to go because Audrey and I were not friends even though she invited me. I wasn't in the mood for fake smiles. "But..." "No buts Gen. Now stay still and let me finish with your make-up," she cut me off sternly. I glanced at Jade for help but she shook her head vehemently refusing to interfere. I sighed in defeat.
