Chapter 5 Her Fragrance
Sebastian Park walked into the CEO's Office, followed by assistant Isaac Brooks.
"Mr. Parker, I have already found the woman you asked me to check last time." Isaac Brooks said.
Sebastian Park just sat down, his eyes narrowed slightly when he heard this, "Say."
Isaac Brooks took out a survey information, "This woman is Jana Anderson. She left LA to study in France five years ago. She won the International Interior Designer Award a year ago. Coincidentally...she has already applied for the design of our company. division."
Sebastian Park pursed his lips and said nothing, so he is her boss now?
She left LA five years ago...
He remembered that night five years ago, when he just came back from abroad to take over the Parker family, he drank the drugged wine at the reception banquet, and then a woman made his antidote.
However, when he woke up the next day, the woman was gone. He found a bloodstain on the bed sheet and an earring of the woman.
He didn't see the woman clearly, but he remembered the fragrance on her body.
Isaac Brooks interrupted his thoughts next, "It's even more coincidental that she is your nephew's ex-girlfriend."
Sebastian Park frowned, "James?"
"That's right, it was said that they were going to get married five years ago, but this Jana Anderson cheated on your nephew, and the wedding was called off. She probably didn't have the face to stay in LA before going to France." Isaac Brooks sighed.
Sebastian Park vaguely remembered that his nephew did have a wedding five years ago, but at that time he, Stella, hadn't invited anyone from the Parker family to the wedding.
"Mr. Parker, you said she didn't come to the company to apply for the job because of your nephew?"
Sebastian Park's handsome face sank, "Then she came to the wrong place."
Jana Anderson came out after reporting to the HR department. She had just met her new boss and colleagues in the design department. She was about to sit in her workplace when the secretary of the CEO's Office suddenly came to inform her that Mr. Parker wanted to see her.
Jana Anderson was startled, Mr. Parker? Is that the man you met at the airport?
Before coming here, she hadn't had time to know who the person in charge of this company was. She only knew that this was the most powerful company in LA.
She nodded, and then followed the secretary to the CEO's Office.
Jana Anderson knocked on the door, and heard a man's deep voice from inside, "Come in."
For some reason, she was suddenly a little nervous, and when she thought of him, she felt an inexplicable sense of oppression.
She took a deep breath before opening the door and going in.
At the large desk, the man was looking down at the documents, with sculpted and handsome facial features, and there was an attractive charm when he was working.
"President, are you looking for me?"
The man looked up at her, and said indifferently, "Sit."
Jana Anderson felt his eyes were sharp, as if examining her, and she sat down, smiling, making herself look decent.
"Jana Anderson?" The man's thin lips parted slightly, and he pronounced her name.
"It's me." She saw her resume in his hand.
"Why did you apply for the job at Gienius Group?" He asked this question abruptly.
Jana Anderson was a little surprised, isn't this the question the interviewer asked? Is it the boss interviewing in person now?
"I need a big platform to develop myself, and Gienius Group can give me this opportunity." Her answer is very official, and there is nothing wrong with it.
It's just that the man sitting opposite looked at her and didn't rush to speak out.
After a while, he looked directly at her and said, "Isn't it for some personal purpose?"
Jana Anderson frowned, "Did you misunderstand me? Or was it because I was at the airport that day..." Her words were interrupted by a sudden ringing of the intercom.
Sebastian Park picked up the phone, not knowing what the secretary said, he glanced at Jana Anderson, and there was a flash in his eyes.
"Let him in," he said before putting down the phone.
Jana Anderson was hesitating whether to continue the topic just now, when the office door was pushed open, and she heard the person coming in and said, "Uncle, all the photos you want are sorted out."
Jana Anderson froze when she heard the voice, it was James Parker!
