Her scent intoxicated me.
Even beneath the sharp tang of medicine and the blood of injured warriors, Aisha's essence wrapped around me like a soothing balm. My wolf rumbled in approval, content yet aching for more. She was strength, compassion, and resilience woven into one, a woman fierce enough to command a battlefield and tender enough to heal the broken.
