The young woman, Alexis Wynn, took a few steps back, a look of confusion crossing her face. "Who are you talking to?" Everything about her—the way she moved, her face, her voice—reminded him of Kelly. For a moment, Hugh almost felt like Kelly was standing right there in front of him. But the confusion in Alexis' eyes told a different story. She looked younger, probably not even 20. She reminded him more of Kelly from her college days. Hugh fought the urge to pull her into his arms. His voice wavered as he asked, "What's your name?" Startled, Alexis stepped back again. "Sorry, I must've walked into the wrong room."
