Chapter 1 A Strange Man

“Elaine...” "Relax," said the handsome man, "We've practiced this in our dreams, haven't we?" The man carefully looked at her face for a while, reached out, and gently pulled off Elaine's nightgown。 Elaine's eyes widened in horror as she realized what was about to happen. She shook her head frantically, tears streaming down her face and glistening in the moonlight. With that, the man bent down to kiss Elaine's mouth and then moved down to kiss her neck. At the same time, his hands slowly moved from her breasts to her thighs. Elaine felt herself burning with desire, despite her efforts to resist. Slowly, his lips trailed down Elaine's neck and over Elaine's collarbone until they latched upon the soft caress of her breast, Elaine's perked nipple between his teeth. He grunted with pleasure as he sucked her breast as if they were just going to ooze out the drink of the gods. He bit her already pink nipple which made her moan so loud. Elaine cried and moaned in pleasure, her back arching and eyes closed. He gently grazed them, causing a feeling to shoot straight to Elaine's core, leaving Elaine breathless and panting for more. The sensation caused Elaine's mind to whirl, and, as she opened her eyes, she looked down at the man. His eyes staring back at her with a hungry force she hadn’t expected to see. Elaine wasn’t sure what he was doing, and when he ventured further south, she realized the destination he had in mind. A soft cry left her throat as the feeling of his lips and tongue upon Elaine's core created a build within her stomach. Her body trembled at his touch, not with fear, but with something else. Elaine was wet for him, and her sex clenched at command as a wave of pure bliss crashed through her, causing her legs to tremble and a scream to rip through her as she was tipped over the edge. "No! This wasn’t right! I shouldn’t have felt this way…" Elaine thought. She felt ashamed of herself for her pleasure, but she couldn’t control herself. It was as if her body had been checked out from her brain and was operating on its own. Through all the mess and chaos, her soft moans admitted the desire within that she refused to acknowledge — she wanted him. She didn’t want to admit it – but she did. Elaine felt as if she had betrayed her fiancé and was ashamed of her own reactions. “Elaine...” The man called her name gently as he kissed her tears. He stopped at the very last moment. Elaine opened her hazy eyes and looked at him, having no idea why he stopped suddenly. "Your eyes... are just like hers," the werewolf said, in a magnetic voice. Elaine was frightened. She felt embarrassed under his steady gaze. She wanted to scream, but she found that she couldn't even move at all. "We will soon meet again, Elaine," the man said coldly before disappearing into the night. “Elaine? Elaine?” A male voice interrupted Elaine's train of thought. Elaine suddenly came back to her senses and turned to look at her fiance, Forrest Hart, who was looking very worried. She lowered her head with a sense of shame, daring not to look at Forrest’s eyes. She was now sitting in the passenger seat of Forrest's car. Her mind was preoccupied with what had happened last night, and she couldn't shake the feeling of unease that it had left her with. Forrest noticed Elaine's absence of mind. "Are you okay? I'm sorry, Elaine. My mother can be a bit... difficult at times. But you shouldn't let her words get to you. She doesn't know you as I do, and she's just worried about me," Forrest asked as he reached over to take her hand. Hearing what Forrest said, Elaine recalled the events of the dinner party with her fiancé's family. It had started out well, but her mother-in-law-to-be had said some harsh words to her, and it had left Elaine feeling hurt and insecure. Elaine looked down at their intertwined hands and felt a small spark of warmth in her chest. "I know, but it's hard not to take it personally," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Maybe she's right. I'm not good enough for you. I'm not sophisticated and refined." Elaine's fiancé, Forrest Hart, came from a prestigious family, and it was said that the Hart family had an ancestral connection with the legendary werewolves, so Elaine's parents also hoped that Elaine could successfully marry into the Hart family. For an ordinary human family like Elaine's family, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to marry such an upscale family, but Forrest's mother, Teresa, had always disapproved of her son marrying such a lowly human as Elaine. Forrest's grip on her hand tightened. "That's ridiculous. You are more than good enough for me, and my mother will see that eventually. Don't let her words define you or make you question your worth." Elaine let out a sigh and leaned her head against the seat, her mind whirling. She knew that Forrest's words were true and that she shouldn't let his mother's opinions affect her. But it was hard not to, especially since she had put so much effort into trying to impress her future in-laws. Forrest lifted her hand to his lips and kissed it gently. "Please, Elaine, don't let this upset you. My mother's opinions don't matter. What matters is that I love you and that's all that should concern us." Elaine's heart swelled with emotion as she looked into Forrest's loving eyes. She offered him a small smile and squeezed her hand back. "You're right, Forrest." Forrest smiled back at her and leaned in to give her a kiss. "That's my girl." They drove the rest of the way home in comfortable silence, each lost in their own thoughts. "Is there anything else bothering you, Elaine?" Forrest asked gently. Elaine hesitated, not wanting to burden Forrest with her problems, but she couldn't keep it bottled up any longer. Elaine stammered, "Y-yes, I'm fine. It's just... I had a strange dream last night." Sometimes, a little lie helped a lot when someone was not sure if the listener would believe what he said. Forrest raised an eyebrow, "A strange dream? What was it about?" "It was... Well, it was about a werewolf," Elaine said. Forrest's expression turned concerned. "A werewolf? That sounds like a nightmare. Then what happened in the dream?" Elaine hesitated, not wanting to talk about the details of the ‘nightmare’. It still made her feel uncomfortable when she thought about the way that werewolf touched her and kissed her last night. And Elaine seemed to still be able to feel the pleasure and excitement she had experienced. "I-it's difficult to explain," she said, lowering her head to hide her blushes. "I just had this feeling that he knew me, and I knew him, but it made me feel both scared and confused." Forrest raised his eyebrows when he heard Elaine’s words and felt a bit jealous and unpleasant, but he still reached to take her hand after a second, "Maybe it's just because you've been stressed out recently." "Maybe", she said, taking a deep breath. Of course, Elaine hid a lot of details about what really happened from Forrest, like how that werewolf petted and caressed her last night. She could even still feel that her skin was burning from his touch when thinking of it. Elaine shook her head, "Just forget it! It was just a dream." Forrest nodded and gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. "Remember, I'm always here for you, Elaine." Elaine felt a weight lifted off her shoulders. She was grateful for Forrest's support and understanding. She knew that she could always count on him to be there for her. "No, we can't do that!" "But honey, you know, we have no choice! If we don't do this, we'll all die here! Think of Elena! She's still so young! After all, Elaine..." "Dad, Mom!" As Elaine entered the house, she heard her parents talking in hushed tones by the door of the study. She knocked on the door, and then waited outside it in a good manner. The door to the study opened a short while later, and Elaine's parents appeared behind it with a strange look on their faces. "Elaine, oh, what's wrong? How was the dinner?" Elaine's mother, Sara, inquired amiably, revealing a hint of imperceptible tension in her tone. "Nothing much happened, Mom. I had a pleasant dinner with Forrest's family, and his parents are very nice people!" Elaine said, in a relaxed tone, but she couldn't help but recall the unfriendly gaze of Forrest's mother, Teresa, and what happened last night. "I'm sure the Hart family will like our daughter. After all, Elaine is such a beautiful and good girl," Elaine's father, Theo Morgan, said jokingly. "Dad~" Elaine blushed all of a sudden and said sheepishly, "I'll go back to my room then, Dad, Mom!" With that, Elaine turned around and happily prepared to leave. "Elaine!" Sara suddenly called up to Elaine, "You..." She seemed to have something to say. "What's wrong? Mom? Is there something else you want to say to me?" Elaine turned her head and asked in confusion. Meanwhile, Theo, who had been standing behind Sara with a serious face, reached out at that moment and put his arm around Sara's shoulders from behind. Then he said to Elaine, "Your mother is just a little worried about you, afraid that the Hart family will give you a hard time in the future." Then, Theo gave Sarah a warning look. "Uh... Yeah, I was thinking that after you met with Forrest's parents, you would get married to him very soon, and I'm afraid you'll be bullied by someone without us around in the future." "Come on, Mom, it sounds like you're leaving and we'll never see each other again! It's not like I'll move very far away after I get married. I'll come back more often to see you and father!" Elaine walked over and hugged Sara, lovingly leaning her head on Sara's shoulder. "You don't have to worry too much. Frorrest loves me very much, and he will always protect me. Besides, I will be able to handle everything no matter what happens!" Elaine said with confidence. "I know, my kid!" Sara forced a smile, with tears in her eyes. "It's so late now. Go back to your room and get some rest, Elaine! You must be tired now." "Alright, then see you tomorrow, Mom, Dad." Elaine hugged Sara and said smilingly. "Good night!" Sara patted Elaine's shoulder dotingly and said softly. "Good night!" Elaine smiled and then turned to leave. Sara looked at Elaine's back. A trace of regret and sadness showed in her eyes. Theo wrapped his arms around Sara from behind, and Sara sadly rested her head on Theo's chest, covering her face and crying silently.
