**Thelma Zane’s POV:**
I left the details of our stay in the Spring Rain Pack to Jordin. There was no one better suited to handle the arrangements. She knew the pack inside and out, and I had no doubt she could ensure the safety and well-being of the young elves.
Shortly after departing, Dorothy turned to me with a thoughtful expression. “Don’t you think he looks familiar?”
Caught between my thoughts of the Lycan pack and my husband, I hadn't been paying much attention to anyone else. “Who are you talking about?”
“One of the boys in the exchange group—Amario,” Dorothy clarified. “I couldn’t place it at first, but I remembered this morning. Do you recall the children we rescued from the storage room at the school? Amario was one of them. Even though he was unconscious, he held on to that dagger tightly. It left a lasting impression on me.”
