*Kendall's pov*
  I follow Cara while she walks away with Jonah rubbing his back to calm him down. 
"It's ok Jonah come down baby," I said to him walking up to him. 
  Cara sits down with Jonah in her lap and I crouch down in front of Jonah. 
"Where does it hurt?" I ask him. 
"My leg," he said between sniffles. 
  I gently grab his leg he poked to and kiss it. 
"How many more kisses till it feels better 1 or 100?" I ask him. 
  He wipes his eyes. 
"100" 
  I kiss his leg ten times and then attack him with a ton of kisses on his stomach to his face making him giggle. 
"Better?" 
  He shakes his head and puts his arms out to me. 
"Upie" I take him from Cara's arm. 
"It's crazy how much he likes you," she tells me while standing up. 
"Can I wear your necklace mama?" Jonah asked. 
  She took her necklace off and put it on Jonah before hearing her phone ring.

*Cara's pov*
"No no, please stop" 
  I turn over on the couch. 
"Please stop yelling" who is making so much noise. 
  I open my eyes and try to see what's going on through the darkness.
"Stop!" I run to the light and see that Kendall is having a nightmare. 
"Kendall wake up" I walk over to my bed and try waking her up. 
"Please stop" she starts to freak out in her sleep. 
  I read somewhere that pressure can help with anxiety and stress so I lay behind her and hold her. Hope she doesn't get mad at me.
"Shhh, it's ok Ken calm down" I whisper to her. 
She begins to calm down but she's still sleeping. 
"It's all ok," I tell her again. 
  I rub her arm till I can see she's fully asleep and I fall back to sleep also.
*Next morning*
  I wake up and try to roll over onto my stomach but I can't. I open my eyes and 

*Kendall's pov*
  I walk into my house after school and head up to Kylie's room. 
"Yo, you want to get some ice cream before dad gets home?" she looks up from her phone. 
"Of course I do, it's ice cream," she said. 
  She gets up from her bed to walk downstairs with me to my car. We get buckled and head to the ice cream shop, this shop is the best fucking place in L.A. It has these waffle bowls that are fucking huge, it's amazing.
"What are you going to get this time?" Kylie always tries to have something different until she has everything on the menu. 
"I haven't had the banana and peanut butter yet," she tells me. 
"It's really good, I had mine with the chocolate-dipped cone" Kylie turns her head to me. 
"Bananas on the side too?" she asked. 
"With frozen peanut butter balls" she smacks the dashboard. 
"It's confirmed! I'm having it." I shake my head laughing. 
  We park and walk into the ice cream shop and see it's empty. 
"Wow, normally it's packed after school," Kylie said. 
"Yeah this is weird," I told her. 
"What's going on ladies?, what can I get you today?" we walk to the counter. 
"Why is it a ghost town today?" Kylie asked the boy behind the counter. 
"There's a football game at the college, so it should be packed in an hour or two," he tells us. 
  We both nod our heads. 
"Well, we should order because I don't want to be here when everybody shows up. I'll have the strawberry with the waffle bowl and whipped cream please" I tell the dude. 
"Can I get the banana and peanut butter with the chocolate-dipped cone please?" Kylie said. 
  He writes our order down and hands us our receipt after I pay. We grab our ice cream and sit down. 
"So, how was your day," I ask her. 
"It was good. I had a test but I know I failed big time" 
  I eat a spoon of my ice cream. 
"Dude, same" 
  I had a history test and I always fail those. 
"Jonah! my main little man!" I hear the guy behind the counter yell. 
  I turn around to see Jonah running to the guy and hug him, I look back at the door and see Cara walking in wearing a white t-shirt with a black lettermen jacket on top with blue Adidas joggers and white vans.
"Car why haven't I seen you and little man?" he asked. 
"School," she said laughing. 
  The guy bends down and puts Jonah on the counter. 
"What you want bud?" Cara and I make eye contact and we both smile.
 
"She's hot," Kylie said causing me to turn back around. 
"I know." 
  I go back to eating my ice cream. 
"Hi Ms. Kendall, what are you having?" I hear Jonah ask me. 
  I turn back around again. 
"Strawberry ice cream" he puts his hands on our table trying to see what's on it. 
"I can't have strawberry because mama said I'm allergic and can get very sick with them," he tells me as Cara walks over to us. 
"Come on Jonah lets go eat" he grabs her hand and walks over to another table and begins to eat. 
"He's really cute and his eyes are as beautiful as her eyes," Kylie tells me and I agree with her. 
"Do you know her?" she asked. 
"Yeah, she's the girl that Ryan was being a dick too." 
"Now I'm happy he looks like a bus hit him," she said making me laugh. 
"Me too".
*Cara's pov*
  I bring Jonah back to our table and we eat our ice cream. 
"How's your ice cream?" I ask him. 
  He looks up from eating with ice cream all over his face. 
"Yummy" is all he said before going back to eating his ice cream. 
  I grab a napkin and wipe his face. 
"Mama stoopp" he grabs the napkin. 
"I got this mama," he tells me while cleaning his face off. 
  We finish our ice cream and clean our table. 
"Let's go wash our hands" he gets up and runs to the bathroom. 
"Jonah!" I yell at him causing him to turn around. 
"Slow your booty down," I tell him. 
  He turns back around and walks to the bathroom. I get up and follow him into the bathroom. I go behind him and pick him up so he can reach the sink. 
"Ready?" I ask him. 
"yes." 
  We both start singing our ABC's. After we finish washing our hands we leave the bathroom. Before we can get ten feet from the bathroom the girl next to Kendall calls us. 
"Yo! come here" she half yells. 
  I pick up Jonah once I see the whole football team here. We walk over to the girl. 
"What's up?" I ask the girl. 
"Tell this guy that you're dating my sister" 
  What is she talking about? she speaks up again. 
"This guy is hitting on Kendall and I told him that you guys are dating but he doesn't believe me" I should have stayed in the bathroom longer. 
"Um hey, we are so just get your ice cream," I tell the football player. 
"Your kid?" he asked me while pointing to Jonah. 
"Yep, you guys win the game?" he nods his head. 
"Yeah, 42-7," he tells me. 
"Here let me buy your team ice cream" I walk to the counter. 
"Give everybody free ice cream and put it in my name" he nods his head.
"Thanks, Levi"
 
  He clears his throat, "dudes! ice cream is on Cara so no one pays" 
  Everybody high fives and gets hyped. 
"Thanks man, and sorry for hitting on your girl," he tells me. 
"No problem" 
  I walk around the football players and leave the shop and I put Jonah in his car seat. I turn around and see Kendall standing there. 
"I'm sorry that Kylie made you do that," she said. 
"It's ok" 
  Kylie walks over to us.
"Let me pay for some of the ice cream you brought," Kendall said. 
"No, it's not that much so it's fine" I close Jonah's door. 
"Your son is very cute," Kylie told me. 
"Thank you" 
  We say our goodbyes and I get in my car putting a movie in for Jonah to watch.
*Kendall's pov*
  I get into my car with Kylie after saying bye to Cara and Jonah. 
"I can't believe you did that" I try to turn on the car. 
"The dude didn't stop hitting on you" 
  I turn the key. 
"Shit, this piece of shit is fucked" Kylie and I sigh getting out of the car slamming the door. 
"Everything ok?" I turn around to see Cara about to leave. 
"Yeah, the car is just messed up," I tell her. 
"Get in, I'll get you guys home" Kylie is about to get in the car. 
"I don't want to be a bother" 
  She waves it off. 
"You're not, get in" I get in the front seat and Kylie gets in the back with Jonah. 
"Where to?" she asked us. 
"Our house is right down the road, just go down to novel avenue and take a left, our house will be a couple house down," I tell her. 
  She pulls out of the parking lot and heads to our house. 
"Thanks for doing this" Kylie said while playing with Jonah. 
"It's no problem Jonah and I were heading to the trampoline park anyways, its that way."  
  We pull into our driveway. 
"Again thank you" she smiles and unlocks the doors. 
"Kendall! Kylie! Where have you've been!?" we look out of the car and see our dad wasted trying to walk to us without falling. 
"is that your dad?" Cara asked me. 
"Yeah, he drinks a lot," I tell her. 
  I hear her lock the car doors and start backing up. 
"What are you doing?" we both ask. 
"You're not going into a house with a drunk," she said. 
"it's fine we can deal with it" we start driving down the road. 
"no, you're coming to the park with us" Kylie and Jonah put their hands up. 
"Yay!" they both say causing Care and me to laugh. 
"Have you guys been to the park?" she asked. 
"Nope. We don't have the money to do extra things like that." Kylie said.
  Cara nods her head. 
"It's super fun but really tiring," she said while turning into the parking lot.
"Like sex" I whip my back at Kylie. 
"Kylie!" I half yell. 
  Cara burst out laughing. 
"What? Everyone says that" I shake my head. 
"Cara probably agrees with me," she said. 
  Cara starts laughing again. 
"No comment" 
  This caused Kylie to start laughing making Jonah and I laugh also. We all get out of the car and Cara puts Jonah on the ground.

  I look down at Jonah and he has his hands up looking at me. I pick up Jonah and he puts his head on my shoulder. 
"He likes you," Cara said. 
"He hates it when people he doesn't really know hold him so if he wants you to pick him up then he really likes you" 
  Aww, this cute little guy likes me. We walk into the building and head to the front desk. 
"3 adults, 1 kid please" the girl behind the counter types stuff on the laptop. 
"That will be 35 dollars" 
  Holy shit that's a lot of money. She pulls out her wallet handing the girl her card. 
"Have a fun time and be careful there's a lot of older kids" she warned us.
  Cara said thank you and we go to the trampolines. We put on our socks that the girl gave us and we go over to a less crowded area, the girl was right there are a lot of kids that could hurt Jonah.
"You ready Jonah?" I ask him. 
"Can you do a backflip like mama?" he asked me. 
"Yes I can" he claps his hands in excitement causing me to chuckle. 
"What about the splits?" I put him on the trampoline. 
"I can do that too" his face lights up. 
"Mama tried once but it hurt her friend" 
  How could a split hurt someone not doing it?  
  Before he took say any more Cara calls him. 
"Jo come on let's hop over the spacers" Jonah runs/hops over to Cara and they start hopping the spacers. 
  Cara was right this shit is tiring, we have been jumping for 35 minutes and I'm beat, so I went to get a drink from the water fountain. Mid-drink I hear a cry. I turn around and speed walk over to the cry. I see Jonah on the ground and a kid above him. 
"What did you do?" I hear Cara asked the guy as she picks up the crying Jonah. 
"I'm sorry, he was behind me and I jumped back on him," he tells Cara. 
  All she said was be careful and she walks off with Jonah.

*Kendall's pov*
