Chapter 1029 Are You Insulting Yourself?
Tamara looked up at the unexpected guests. It was the boys from before.
One of them was a blonde boy. He was practically undressing Tamara with his eyes.
Tamara ignored them and continued playing with her phone.
“Hello.” The boy noticed Tamara was ignoring him and continued, “Why are you here alone? Did your boyfriend abandon you?”
His mates laughed at his words.
Tamara continued to ignore them.
The boy’s confidence faltered. He gritted his teeth and leaned in. He gave her a threatening look. “You’re very pretty. How about you ditch that fuckface and come with me instead?”
Tamara finally looked up from her phone. She smirked mockingly at him. “Fuckface? Are you talking about yourself?”
The boy cursed and raised his hand to hit Tamara.
Before the hit could land, Tamara grabbed his wrist.
The boy froze. He saw the sneer Tamara was giving him. Just as he was recovering from the shock, the pain suddenly shot up from his wrist.
The boy screamed in pain.
His wrist was dislocated!
His mates all jumped away from Tamara when they saw this.
Tamara narrowed her eyes at the boy. “Watch yourself. We are not even on the same level.”
The group of boys was hit hard by the contemptuous gaze she directed toward them and her biting taunts.
Tamara gave them a stern look and said, “Get out of my sight!”
The group of boys immediately ran away, dragging their injured friend along with them. They didn’t dare to look back.
Tamara retracted her gaze and continued to play with her phone.
When Sebastian was around, Tamara allowed herself to be an arrogant little princess—someone who needed to be cared for.
But she was only like this around Sebastian.
Tamara had no problem getting rough with the others when her man wasn’t around.
No one should mess with her!
…
It took some time before Sebastian came back.
When Tamara saw him, she gave him a sweet smile. “Welcome back.”
Sebastian hummed and placed the food on the table. “Did you miss me?”
“Of course,” answered Tamara. She leaned in to peck his cheeks.
But this wasn’t enough to satisfy Sebastian. He grabbed her chin and kissed her hard.
They locked their lips for a second.
The previously arrogant and rough girl had been supplanted by a bashful and flustered one. Tamara couldn’t even bring herself to look at Sebastian.
Sebastian chuckled and watched as his woman grew redder by the minute.
Tamara looked up from her food. She noticed Sebastian was frowning at his food. His disgust was as clear as day.
Tamara blinked in confusion. He didn’t even flinch from the food earlier.
Tamara suddenly had a thought. She knew why she had an odd feeling earlier.
Sebastian had grown up in a family of wealth and privilege. Even after taking on another family name, he continued to live a life of luxury, with access to the finest foods and ingredients.
Despite the fast food tasting better than the food available in the park, Sebastian was still disgusted by it. Why was that?
