Chapter 1036 Underestimated Her

The butler asked, “How should I deal with them?” Alice cast a glance over her shoulder and directed her finger towards Sebastian. “Prepare a room for him in the castle.” Then, her gaze settled on Tamara as she coldly commanded, “As for her...just throw her into the dungeon.” The butler nodded, “Right away.” Then, with a wave of his hand, the couple was forcefully pulled in different directions. Sebastian was pissed. He was just about to explode when he saw Tamara discreetly shaking her head at him. The man gritted his teeth. The veins on his forehead popped in anger, but he still forced himself to calm down under Tamara’s soft gaze. Tamara was thrown into a cell. It was wet and dark. All of the other cells were occupied. She stood still, surveying her surroundings. A stone bed was positioned against the wall. Casting one last glance outside, she let out a sigh of resignation. She slumped onto the bed. She and Sebastian had underestimated Alice. They never anticipated that the woman would own a castle! It was going to be hard to fight their way out of this. Not to mention, Alice was in love with Sebastian. Tamara was furious that another woman was having indecent thoughts about her man. But she had to stay calm and see how things unfold for now. … Sebastian was brought to a well-decorated room. His hands remained bound as he was roughly forced into a chair. Not long after, the door opened, and Alice walked in. She had changed out of her clothes. Now, she was wearing an extravagant gown, and her hair was put in a neat bun. A tiara sat snugly on her head, and she looked like an arrogant princess. “Mr. Custry, I am in awe of your skills, and I also deeply admire you as a person. Now, I’m offering you my hand in marriage. If you agree to marry me, I promise to let your wife go. I don’t even need the ten billion dollars. How about it?” Alice did not beat around the bush. She had chosen to be blunt with her wishes. Sebastian’s face was void of any emotions. He scanned Alice’s figure and sneered as if he was looking at a miserable clown. “Have you looked in the mirror recently?” Alice was taken aback. “Excuse me?” She didn’t understand where Sebastian was getting at. Sebastian huffed in disgust and continued coldly, “Why would I fall for a basic bitch like you?” Alice’s jaw dropped, and she finally caught on. Her face fell. “I am not a basic bitch! You disappoint me, Mr. Custry!” She turned and stomped out of the room. However, she suddenly stopped when she reached the door. “I like you, Mr. Custry, and I will marry you whether you like it or not. There’s no point resisting me.” With that, Alice left the room in anger. On her way out, she ran into her brother, Ewan. Ewan was an exact copy of her. He was tall and muscular and looked as dashing as a prince. “What’s wrong, my dear Alice?” Ewan hummed. Alice told him everything. In the end, she sobbed, “He loves his wife. I might never win his heart.” Ewan chuckled, “My dear sister can have anything she wants. Where is his wife? Bring me to her. I’ll help fulfill your wishes.” Alice jumped and clapped her hand in glee. “You are the best, Ewan!” … Inside the dungeon. With a forceful bang, the door flew open, drawing Tamara’s gaze as she spotted a few figures making their way toward her.
