Chapter 1751 Help Me
Barbara stood near the door with a determined expression on her face. Niall soon emerged from the restroom. Upon seeing her, his expression remained unchanged.
After washing his hands, he started to walk past her.
However, Barbara grabbed his arm and put on her feminine charm. She smiled at Niall. "Mr. Stark, my back is feeling uncomfortable. Could you help me figure out what's wrong?"
On the other hand, Niall pushed her hand away and calmly stated, "Ms. Winters, you should consult a doctor. I'm not the person you should turn to."
His refusal was obvious, and he intended to walk away from her.
Barbara bit her lip and suddenly pounced on him, hugging him from behind. "Mr. Stark, won't you help me …"
...
Back in the screening room, Margot was engrossed in the movie, and her hand was held by Benjamin. Whenever a terrifying scene occurred, he would squeeze her hand tightly.
Initially, Margot didn't give it much thought. However, when the scariest scene appeared, her hand was painfully squeezed, causing her to immediately turn to Benjamin.
Amid the shifting shadows, Benjamin's face was tense, and even the muscles in his body were stiff.
Margot playfully leaned in, lightly blowing into his ear.
Benjamin's face turned pale, and he nearly jumped out of his seat.
Margot laughed at him. "Are you afraid of ghosts?"
Benjamin furrowed his brows. "Nonsense! There are no such things as ghosts in this world."
Margot blinked. "Then why do you look so nervous?"
Benjamin retorted, "I'm not nervous."
Margot grinned. "Are you sure?"
Benjamin insisted, "I'm sure!"
Seeing him deny it so adamantly, Margot stopped questioning him. She leaned on his shoulder and said softly, "I'm a little nervous. Let me lean on you for a while."
Benjamin glanced at her. Adoration flashed across his eyes when he saw the smile on her lips. He kissed the crown of her head, taking the chance to avert his gaze from the screen.
The movie had reached its second half when Niall finally returned to the screening room. The dim lighting inside the room made it difficult to discern his facial expression. Olivia had been engrossed in the movie and didn't notice her husband's demeanor.
Lance, on the other hand, had been watching closely. When he saw the relaxed expression on Niall's face, he couldn't help but smirk and cast a disdainful glance at Benjamin and Margot. There was a triumphant smile in his eyes.
Barbara didn't return even after the movie ended.
The lights came on, and Olivia looked at her husband. "When did you come back?"
Niall smiled. "I've been back for a while. You were too engrossed in the movie."
Olivia nodded. "Yes, this movie was really good. I loved it."
Niall responded, "It was worth coming then."
Margot suddenly asked, "Where's Ms. Winters?"
Lance chimed in, "She wasn't feeling well, so I had someone take her back."
Margot nodded knowingly. "As her fiancé, you should take good care of her."
Lance's expression turned cold. "You don't need to remind me, Ms. Zimmerman. I'm well aware."
Margot smiled and didn't say anything more.
The group returned to the villa, and Margot and Benjamin went directly to their room. She leaned against his chest and asked, "Did the fish take the bait?"
Benjamin answered, "Almost."
Margot sighed. "Let's go back once it does. My club can't operate long without its boss."
"Okay."
