Chapter 1752 Are You in a Relationship
Back in Londsville, at the Simmons residence, the garden featured a flower pavilion at the end of its stone path. Vines climbed up the columns with vibrant flowers blooming beautifully along them.
Tamara, dressed in a light-colored long dress, sat on a bench. Her expression alternated between melancholy and distress as she absentmindedly plucked a flower and twirled it in her hand.
Alex, in a blue dress, approached and saw her in this state. She gently smiled. "What's on your mind, Tammy?"
Tamara looked at Alex and nestled into Alex's embrace after she had taken a seat. She let out a sigh. "Mom, when will you return to Clacton?"
Alex responded, "Why do you ask?"
Tamara looked up at her. "Don't you want to go back to Grandma?"
Alex smiled gently. "I do want to go back, but not right now."
"Then, when?" Tamara was puzzled.
Alex said, "When I've resolved things with your father."
"Are you getting a divorce?" Tamara asked bluntly.
Alex sighed. "I haven't decided yet, which is why I'm hesitating."
Tamara nodded. "Actually, Dad is quite good."
Alex looked at her in surprise. "You really think so?"
"Yes." Tamara nodded. "Although I'm not his biological daughter, he has given me everything he could."
He treated her better than a biological father would.
Alex couldn't help but laugh and patted Tamara's head. "I'll think it over carefully. Now, tell me what's bothering you. Have you fallen in love and gotten into a relationship?"
A trace of guilt flashed through Tamara's eyes, and she quickly denied, "No, I'm not even 20 years old yet. I can't possibly be in a relationship."
Alex seemed to have seen through her. "It's okay if you are in a relationship, as long as the other person has good character and genuinely loves you."
Tamara blinked. "You're not against it?"
Alex giggled. "So, you really are in a relationship?"
Tamara pouted. It was a trap! Even her mom was setting up traps!
She quickly denied, "No, I was just asking. Isn't it normal for me to ask after hearing what you've said?"
Alex smiled gently. "You're right. It's normal."
Tamara looked at the flowers in her hand. She felt that Alex must know something, which explained her attitude.
Alex piped up, "The exam season is approaching. Didn't you want to study in Clacton? You should focus on the exam and not think too much about other matters."
Tamara nodded. "I will, Mom."
"I'll go back in first," Alex said.
"Okay." Tamara watched Alex leave and couldn't help but let out a long sigh.
At the moment, what troubled her more than the exam was her recurring dreams. How could she ensure that her dreams continued? Did she really need to, as Margot suggested, sleep with Sebastian again?
Her cheeks began to burn with embarrassment when the thought crossed her mind. Although she had seen it a few times in her dreams, she still found it odd each time.
It was like watching a movie, but the protagonist turned out to be her. And she was even pregnant! It was super weird!
However, if her dreams didn't continue, she wouldn't know what happened afterward. How did she get her martial arts skills? And why did her dream end after she went into labor? What happened after she gave birth?
She had been plagued by these questions recently, and it was starting to affect her sleep. Suddenly, her phone rang. She took out her phone and held her breath.
