Chapter 1758 Title
"Alright." Sebastian readily agreed and closed the door. "Are you hungry?"
Tamara shook her head.
Sebastian sighed. "Then come with me to the study."
"Okay." Tamara nodded and followed him into the study.
Sebastian didn't immediately talk to her about the dream. Instead, he took out his phone and made a call. He spoke into the receiver, "Bring up two yogurts."
Tamara fell silent.
In no time, Ms. Thompson brought up two yogurts and placed them on the table with a smile. Even after the door to the study closed, Tamara didn't look at the yogurt.
She calmly looked at Sebastian and asked, "Have you thought about the dream during this period?"
Sebastian nodded. "I have, but it didn't help."
Tamara nodded. Indeed, if they could solve this just by pondering over it, they wouldn't be in this conflict now. She hesitated for a moment. "If it's really as you've said, then let's try it tonight."
Sebastian suddenly turned to her with a weird glint in his eyes. His voice was hoarse as he asked, "Are you serious?"
Tamara forced herself to remain calm. "Of course. I'm also curious about the rest of the dream, aren't you?"
How could he not be curious? The last time he dreamt was when he got hit by a car, and his mother appeared, making him compromise and go to Clacton with her, which was the condition for saving Tamara.
During this time, he had been tirelessly trying to figure out what happened next in the dream and whether she and the child were okay.
Sebastian's mind was in turmoil, his eyes darkened. He suddenly smiled. "A little. But if you really want to know, I can help you. I have one condition, though."
Tamara's brows furrowed. "What is it?"
Sebastian gazed deeply at her. "Date me."
"Impossible!" Tamara rejected him without thinking.
What was he thinking? Date him? Why should she date him? Were they even that close?
While they were quite familiar with each other, that alone wasn't a sufficient reason! If she started dating him, would everything inevitably fall into the pattern of the dream? That wasn't what she desired!
Tamara didn't know why she resisted it. But she felt it deep within herself, even though it seemed irrational.
Sebastian wasn't angry and just calmly looked at her. "So you want to fuck when we aren't dating?"
Tamara fell silent. She puffed out her chest until she felt like she would suffocate herself!
Sebastian's smile turned mischievous, and he said slowly, "We even kiss from time to time. Ms. Simmons, do you consider me your friend with benefits?"
Tamara gritted her teeth. What kind of talk was this?
Her face quickly turned red. She stared at him with a mix of embarrassment and annoyance. "Stop with the nonsense!"
Sebastian's voice grew hoarse. "Is it not the truth?"
"Shut up!" Tamara hissed.
Where did the tender man from before go? He disappeared in the blink of an eye! Damn it!
Sebastian leaned back in his chair. "In any case, I won't accept sleeping with someone who isn't in a relationship with me. Ms. SImmons, can you not even give me a proper title?"
Tamara felt speechless. Why did he sound so resentful?
She stared at him in surprise, never expecting him to say such things. It was as if he thought she was some player who fuck around!
Tamara's eyes flickered, and the earlier aggression faded away. She absentmindedly glanced around the study and saw the spacious desk. Some images flashed through her mind, and she blushed even more.
