As soon as we hit the main road, I noticed Marcus’ expression had changed all of a sudden. His usual jovial self had disappeared and was replaced with a more alerted look. I noticed he kept looked through the rear view mirror like he was staring at something in particular but when I try to look through it, I just couldn't find anything that would make him change all of a sudden. Like that wasn't all, he suddenly switched lanes, making the journey back to his mansion longer. All through, I didn't say a single thing. I knew he has a reason for it. He always does. When we got back to the mansion, the moon was already high up in the sky. Marcus parked the car at the driveway before we emerged from it. Without saying a word to each other, we entered the building. Just then, I noticed a handsome looking young man claded in a suit waiting patiently in the living room. The moment he sighted us, Marcus rather, he bowed respectfully. Before I could ask who he was; "Go in Avery. I'll be with you
