Leslie arched a brow. "Okay," she answered, then ended the call.
She still looked a bit out of it, clearly not fully back to reality yet.
Olivia looped her arm through Leslie's, teasing warmly, "What's going on? You look totally dazed. Was that your Mr. Ackerley calling?"
Snapping back to herself, Leslie pinched Olivia's soft cheek playfully.
"Nope, it was Alfred. He just said lunch is ready."
At that, Olivia practically started drooling. "Then let's go already! Seriously, your family's chef is next-level. I'm still thinking about that afternoon tea from yesterday-so good."

Just those three words made the smile on Leslie's face grow wider, her eyes crinkling at the corners with joy.
