I rushed back to the hospital after receiving a text from one of the nurses in the Thoracic Surgery Inpatient Unit. She told me that Grandma wanted to let me know Hannah was in her room, visiting her.
Over the past few days, whenever I visited Grandma in the ward, we often talked about Hannah. I told her how much I missed her. Grandma had promised that the next time Hannah came to visit, she would make sure to inform me so I could see her again.
