Nicolai's men burst through the building's entrance, weapons drawn and eyes sharp.
Nicolai didn't flinch. "Kent." He said firmly, eyes still locked on Stephan. "Get Jasmine and the kids. I don't want them seeing this."
"On it." Kent replied, already moving.
He sprinted to Jasmine, helping her steady the twins as their little arms clung tightly to her. "You're safe now. Come on—this way."
With practiced calm, he guided them out of the chaos, shielding them as he led them outside to a safe spot. Once they were clear, he gave a small nod and turned back.
Inside, Stephan's face was twisted with fury. "You'll pay for this, Nicolai Devan!" He screamed. "You've ruined everything!" He turned to his men, shouting. "Take them down!"
Gunfire erupted, echoing through the building. But Stephan's forces didn't stand a chance—Nicolai's men were better trained, more precise, and more focused. Within seconds, the room fell into a heavy silence, Stephan the only one still standing.
