Kayden had already clarified it, yet Brian still didn't get it. He said loudly, "Our neighbor is Pretty Ma'am!" "What?" Brian froze. Kayden sighed. "Daddy, you're so slow. The neighbor who lived across from our villa—the one I want to bring a gift to, is the doctor who's treating you!" Brian's expression shifted slightly, and he couldn't help but ask, "How did you know that?" Brian wasn't hiding anything. He explained, "I visited her on the day I ran away from home." Brian was astonished, and even Henry was shocked. "Are you serious, Kayden? Dr. Mandy lives in the villa right across from us?" "Yes!" Kayden nodded. Henry was in disbelief. "I didn't see that coming. What a coincidence!" Brian felt the same. But what surprised him even more was that Kayden had known all along. He asked, "Then why didn't you mention it yesterday?" Kayden shrugged and answered matter-of-factly, "Because I didn't know yesterday that Pretty Ma'am is your attending doctor." Brian had no way to
