I didn’t even have time to breathe.
Just as I was preparing to deal with the witches and their inconvenient arrival, another storm came crashing through my borders—Dominic. And Derek. With official backing from the Elder Council and letters of support from surrounding packs.

I stood by the window of my study, knuckles white against the dark wood as I gripped the edge of the desk. My jaw clenched as I stared at the guards scrambling below to prepare the meeting hall.
