Lila's POV Hew ! So much for a confession. I shook my head and wrapped my arms over my chest as I stepped back into the ballroom. Nothing seemed different except for my thoughts. The lively hum of conversations and the clinking of glasses remained, but my heart was still racing from my earlier conversation with Caden.
