“You never told me!” Dad shouted, his voice filled with betrayal. “No way! All three of you!” His eyes were glazed over as he switched his gaze rapidly between William, Annabel, and Mom. His anger had reached a boiling point. He suddenly turned his head to the side, emitting a loud growl as his eyes took on a silver hue. His inner wolf was surfacing, though he remained in his human form.
Dad locked eyes with William, ready to face whatever came next.
