Agatha's POV
It's already evening, and I intend to go to my room. When I passed Ferdinand's room, for some reason, I had the urge to open the door and check what was inside. I saw an empty bed without Ferdinand. Ferdinand should have been asleep by this time.
Ferdinand's absence in bed made me turn around and walk around the house looking for Ferdinand. There was no Ferdinand in the whole place, which made me leave the house. On the lawn chair, I saw Ferdinand, who was sitting with his hands tucked into his chest.
"What are you doing out here? It's freezing tonight, and you should come in and go to sleep," I said from behind him.
I saw Ferdinand look back and then pat the empty seat beside him.
"Sit down, that is if you can stand the cold tonight. I'm too bored being in the room all day."
I didn't nod, but I didn't shake my head either. I immediately sat beside Ferdinand and stared at the crescent moon above the dark, starless sky.
